Accommodation conditions

Important: Arrivals in Madrid must be informed at least 55 minutes before reaching the apartment. If arriving by plane, please call once the baggage has been claimed so that one of the members of the team go to the apartment to receive you. In order to make sure that the apartment is returned in perfect conditions, a €200 deposit is demanded, refundable at the end of the visitor's stay and once the perfect conditions of the apartment, its facilities, furniture and belongings have been verified. Cancellations made less than 14 days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 30% of the outstanding balance. When booking, 25% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your Credit card (Visa or MasterCard). This charge is not refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid CASH when arriving at the apartment. Check-in from 20:00 pm to 2:00 am must pay an extra charge of 30 €; 40€ will be charged for cleaning services and 50€ in case of keys loss. Guests must call 1 hour before arrival in order to receive the keys. Cancellations must be informed by mail.
