Accommodation conditions
Important: When arriving in Madrid guests are requested to call at least 55 minutes in advance to inform their arrival time. If arriving by plane, they must phone once they have claimed their baggage so that members of the staff get to the apartment to receive them. To guarantee that the apartment will be returned in perfect conditions a €200 deposit is requested. This deposit is refundable when leaving, at the end of the hired period, and once it has been checked that the apartment and its belogings have been returned in perfect conditions. Cancellations made less than 14 days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 30% of the outstanding balance. When booking, 25% of the total resrvation amount will be charged to your Credit card (Visa or MasterCard). This charge is NOT refundable (without exceptions). The outstanding balance must be paid CASH when arriving at the apartment. Check-in from 20:00 pm to 2:00 am must pay an extra charge of 30 €; 30€ will be charged for cleaning services and 50€ in case of keys loss. Guests must call 1 hour before arrival to receive the keys. Cancellations must be made by mail.

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Céntrico pero tranquilo. Sin ruidos. Muy funcional, mobiliario moderno, acogedor y cómodo. Repetiré sin duda y lo recomiendo.
