Important: When arriving in Madrid please phone to inform us about your arrival at least 55 minutes in advance. If coming by plane, please call once you have claimed your luggage so that our staff has time enough to go and wait for you in the apartment. In order to guarantee the return of the apartment in perfect conditions, a 200 € deposit will be requested, refundable once the apartment and its belongings have been returned in proper conditions. Cancellations made less than 14 days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 30% of the outstanding balance. When booking, 25% of the total reservation amount will be charged to your Credit card (Visa or MasterCard). This charge is not refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid CASH when arriving at the apartment. Check-in from 20:00 pm to 2:00 am must pay an extra charge of 30 €; 30€ will be charged for cleaning services and 50€ in case of keys loss. Guests must call 1 hour before arrival in order to receive the keys. Cancellations must be made by email.

My wife and I were in Madrid for 4 days. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The location was close to "old Madrid" sites that we wanted to see. We walked most of the time but the Metro is 1/2 a block away and goes everywhere for 1 euro. The neighborhood was quiet, except when school children were going home after school, and that was fun to watch. I recommend this apartment to anyone. Good price, comfortable and clean.
