Accommodation conditions

Important: When arriving in Madrid we kindly ask you to phone us at least 55 minutes in advance to inform your arrival time. If arriving by plane, please call us once you have picked up your luggage from the baggage area, so that members of our staff can wait for you at the apartment. In order to guarantee that the apartment will be returned in excellent conditions, we demand a guarantee deposit of 200 €, that will be refunded when you leave the apartment and after having checked that the apartment and its belongings are in good condition. Cancellations made less than 14 days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 30 % of the outstanding balance. The outstanding balance must be paid CASH when arriving at the accommodation. Check-in from 20:00 till 2:00 am are charged with an additional of 30 €. An extra cleaning charge of 40 € must be paid. Visitors must call at least 1 hour beforehand in order to make an appointment to get the keys. Cancellations must be made by e-mail.
