Accommodation conditions
Important: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. Reservations must be paid in Euros (cash payments preferred). Payments made with most of the Credit cards are charged with 2.8 %. American Express is not accepted. Groups of 6 or more visitors must pay a 50 € security deposit per person. Arrivals after 23:00 are charged with an additional of 25 €. After 1:00 the additional charge is 40 €. Check-in must be made in the same building. One hour before arriving you must call. At the reception you must: a) Fill up the guest form. b) Pay your reservation. c) Hand in your Credit card details or leave a 150 € cash deposit to cover the costs of eventual damages that might be produced in the apartment during your stay. The cash deposit is refundable upon departure after having verified the apartment is in good condition. d) Pick up the keys. In case of paying with credit card, you must carry with you a photocopy of your identity card with your photo (or the one who is paying with the Credit card).

Fantastic location. Office staff effiicient as no problems checking in etc.Good for 4 people. But no storage in 1 of the bedrooms. Apt in need of a coat of paint . Terrible smell of drains esp in 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Could be something to do with ground floor location. A shame because overall facilities were fine.
