18/04/2011 Reservé en el hostal Castro para pasar una noche allí con mi novia en una cama de matrimonio,les mandé un email diciéndoles que llegaría a las 16:30; llego allí a esa hora y no hay nadie, así que les llamamos y nos hacen ir a otro hostal de la misma cadena(Sudamericana).Allí nos dicen que como no estuvimos a las 12 allí la reserva se canceló y cuando les dije lo del email que les mandé, el sudamericano del gorrito,gafas de sol y gran barba blanca me dijo que es que no les iba el internet. El caso es que más o menos nos solucionó la situación porque nos mandó a una habitación con cama de matrimonio al 3er hostal de la cadena(visitamos los 3 al final )y exceptuando el hecho de que nos medio timó con las sábanas (3 euros de suplemento por una noche)la habitación al menos tenía baño, y eso ya era mucho teniendo en cuenta que se notaba por la decoración del techo que esa habitación era el resultado de un salón al cual habían dividido mediante grandes tablones de madera que había por paredes I strongly recommend this lodging (accommodation) for: Going with your couple

21/09/2010 no entiendo como la gente se queja tanto 100% RECOMENDABLE ... claro esta q el hombre es un poco extraño pero ... la habitacion? UN LUJO! era como tu propio apartamento ya que nadie nadie te controla! entras y sales no hay recepción ... un 10! 29/05/2010 attenzione! non è detto che vi lascino soggiornare dove avete scelto di stare!!! la signora che si occupa dei pagamenti e delle sistemazioni parla solo spagnolo, cortesia zero ed il massimo che vi offre è un rotolo di carta igienica, 2 mini asciugamani che non vi cambia più per tutto il resto del soggiorno, vi fa pagare le lenzuola e non esistono le pulizie!! noi abbiamo soggiornato x 5 gg in una camera, arredata con l'essenziale...ma sembrava la stanza delle penitenze dei preti in ritiro religioso, all'interno della quale non c'era nemmeno lo spazio x muoversi!!! ovviamente...è impensabile aspettarsi saponette e/o bagno schiuma! 04/03/2010 Cuando yo supe a que hora iba a llegar, llamé al local en cuestión, sin darme cuenta que en clickbed me dieron por teléfono el nombre de otro hostal, y la reserva fué directamente en el hostal que yo no quería. Quitando este malentendido, y cobrandome la toalla, por lo demás bien, un hostal que no suele cuidar la gente, con unos muebles muy viejos, desagües lentos en pila y bañera y una señora maleducada, con la que no tuve que hablar nunca, pero se la escuchaba blasfemar sobre los allí alojados a través de la puerta donde se pedían las toallas y cosas que necesitaras. El hombre, muy amable pero un poco peculiar daba algo que sospechar, ya que nunca se quitaba el gorro de lana ni las gafas de sol, incluso a la 1 de la madrugada que llegué yo. 15/10/2009 ostello molto sobrio e semplice, con il minimo necessario. la posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, a due passi dal prado. abbiamo sempre girato a piedi! per il prezzo dell'ostello il sevizio è adeguato e lo consiglio a chi come noi (coppia 50 enne) o a giovani o comitive voglia passare una settimana all'insegna del risparmio, ma godendosi le bellezze di madrid! se vi accontentate dell'ambiente un pò spartano è un ottimo posto per alloggiare! EL PERSONAL DE SERVICIO EXCELENTE Y DE MUCHA CALIDAD HUMANA LA ADMINISTRADORA QUE ENTREGA LAS LLAVES SIN EDUCACION ALGUNA Y CON MAL TRATO AL CLIENTE, COMO SI DE LIMOSNA SE TRATARA.
