Basic accomodation very convenient for visiting madrid. Many facilities very near. Not modern but clean and adequate. Staff helpful as long as you can speak Spanish. Very small business, only a few rooms. I would use it again for a short stay.

The location is perfect. The people who run the place are very friendly and willing to help and it would be even better if they speak some English :). They cleaned the room every day and changed linen and towels more often than we expected which was wonderful, but when we first arrived I had some doubts whether the room was properly cleaned.
