B&B Seref, Istanbul. This is a very nice, well located budget hotel for Beyogly and night life. I felt safe as a woman walking anywhere, day or night. The service was wonderful, hotel staff are friendly and helpful. This is an inexpensive hotel, so you get what you pay for. I was very happy with everything including the breakfast. Bed sheets and towels are clean and fresh, bed cover smells like cigarettes. (But if you are sensitive to smoke you might not want to visit Turkey at all.) I was very happy here.

Hostal muy barato pero también muy sencillo, sin comodidades de ningún tipo, sólo pensado para dormir y pasar todo el día fuera. Parecía estar limpio.

La principal virtud del Hostal Castro es que está en una excelente barrio que permite conocer todo el casco histórico de Madrid. Por lo demás tiene muchas falencias.

Cuando llegué no se acordaban de mi reserva y casi me quedo sin sitio.
Es para pasar un par de días y sólo ir a la pensión a dormir.
El baño enano y casi no cabes en la ducha..se oye todo lo q pasa en la habitación de al lado.
La tele no funcionaba y no había mando.
Cobran las toallas y las sábanas. No se hacen cargo si algo te desaparece y no hay servicio de limpieza.

Vale que es una pensión y que por ese precio no puedes esperar mucho, pero un mínimo de limpieza, sí.
El señor y la chica que nos atendieron, muy amables, pero el alojamiento daba pena: todo sucio, viejo y roto. Menos mal que nosotros llegamos tarde por la noche y nos fuimos temprano.

Fue el mejor alojamiento que encontramos en Madrid, es económico y tiene privacidad, ideal para ir en pareja; esta super bien ubicado, te dan una llave y es como si fuera tu departamento aunque es pequeño es suficiente para la estancia, y las personas te reciben muy bien son muy amables.

es el sitio ideal para pasar dos o tres dias por madrid, esta en el centro y puedes ir andando a todos los sitios, lo unico que tenemos que decir es que podian poner un colchon mejor.

el lugar es economico, no hay organizacion en cuanto a que uno reserva en un lugar y te pueden llevar a cualquier otro eso es muy extraño, lo cierto es que es barato, son centricos los hostales donde te llevan pero me paso que cuando llegue no habia nadie en el hostal jamyc y estaba todo el lugar solo es una locura.... a parte de eso las habitaciones son limpias y estan bien por el precio.

el lugar esta bien aunque aveces merece la pena gastarse un poco mas de dinero porque es un poco retro y el servicio no esta bien ya que te prometen un sitio y luego te ponen donde quiere el sudamericano del gorro,barba y gafas de sol dentro del piso.no se pero para mi es una esperienciagraciosa por las anegdotas ocurridas.y el baño no es privado asique amigos a compartir.lo unico bueno para mi gsto fue el facil acceso y la ubicacion es muy centrica

Un alojamiento para poder visitar la ciudad sin gastar mucho dinero, está bastante bien aunque necesitaria mejorar en limpieza, una ventaja es el baño completo en la habitación, comparado con otras residencias que no disponen de este servicio. Lo mejor es la ubicación, es perfecta para conocer Madrid.

Dopo aver telefonato all'alloggio paver la conferma della prenotazione e della caparra, dopo la risposta che tutto era in ordine e che quindi non cisarebbe stato nessun intoppo , arriviamo a amadrid.
SORPRESA!!!!!!!! IL NOSTRO ALLOGGIO E' CHIUSO. Dopo varie peripezie riusciamo ad arrivare all'ostello dove risiede il "signore" che gestisce anche l'ostello prenotato da noi. RISORPRESA!!!!!! CI LASCIA FUORI SOTTO UNA PIOGGIA TORRENZIALE ALLE DUE DI NOTTE E CI LIQUIDA DICENDO CHE NOI NON SIAMO PRENOTATI, MA SICCOME LUI E' "GENEROSO" CI PERMETTERA' DI ALLOGGIARE NEL SUO OSTELLO CINQUE PER STANZA.
LE STANZE SONO SPORCHE, PIENE DI CREPE, BUIE, NON C'E' NESSUN OSPITE. RIFIUTIAMO E ALLE DUE DI NOTTE RIUSCIAMO A TROVARE UN ALTRO ALLOGGIO.
NON PRENOTATE QUESTO OSTELLO E NON LASCIATE CHE CERTI INDIVIDUI POCO CORRETTI VI ROVININO LE VACANZE.

Having read previous feedback I felt the main issue was related to poor comunication and people turning up outside reception hours. I sent a fax to the Hostal (in english) a few days before and someone phoned me saying there would be someone there to meet us at 2AM. Upon arrival at the airport I phoned the Hostal and asked the chap to give directions to the taxi driver, 35 euros.
We arrived at the Hostal at 1.30AM, there was a small man there to meet us he had a long beard, wolley hat and was wearing sun glasses. He made us sign in, and the took me alone up to his office where I waited for him to get bed linen and take payment. It was a very strange experiance and could imagine some people would of been worried or scared by this experiance. The chap then took me back to reception and we had to walk 500 mtrs to the other hostal.
Beds, sheets , all fine with no problems, bathrooms are really small and not really fit for purpose. £60 for 3 three nights is a bargain.

This was an awful experience, terribly dissapointing. The employees were unattending, harsh, not friendly. The hostel was horrible, damaged walls, locks not working, had to try several times to open each lock and no one seemed to care about this.
Towels are paid for extra.
Did not feel safe there.
Furniture was depressing.
Impossible to stay there more than the necessary time to look for another accommodation.
All these people seemed to care for was to get their money right from the very beginning.
