Important: Having successfully completed your reservation, San Fermin Apartments undertakes to guarantee the reservation unless it is found that their data is incorrect. Charge of 100% of the total amount on the day of check-in.We charge 3% on the total price for payment by credit card. You can modify or cancel your reservation without any charge up to 30 days before day of arrival unless a special rate indicates otherwise and subject to availability. Any cancellation made 16 to 30 days before arrival will be a charge of 50% of the total amount to your credit card. Any cancellations made 0 to 15 days before arrival will be a charge of 100% of the total amount to your credit card. The no-show will be charged 100% of the reservation. In any other case, there will be no charge and 100% advance payment will be made on the day of entry. Check-in time: 2pm (If you plan to arrive earlier than 2pm we can keep your luggage although your room or apartment may not be ready to be occupied). Check out time 10:30 am.We can keep your luggage. All reservations for arrival in DECEMBER will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be charged to the credit card after the reservation has been made. Estimated check-in time must be informed in advance to the accommodation e-mailing or calling from the airport to phone. Depending on availability, check-in and check-out times are flexible. The accommodation reserves the right of charging an additional amount of $3.50 per person per night for local taxes.
