Important: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date or no-show will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. Credit cards are not accepted. The 3 rooms apartment is rented in case of reservations for 10 or less visitors and in case of more than 10 persons the 3 room apartment + studio (both together) will be rented (both on the same floor and one opposite the other one). Ideal for male and female mixed groups. Travellers must send a mail to the owner to inform their flight details and estimated arrival time so that the keys can be delivered on time. The accommodation reserves the right to demand on arrival a completely refundable deposit.
