22/05/2012 Cette chambre d'hôtes est bien située, l'ambiance un peu décadante est sympathique mais l'ensemble mériterait un bonne rénovation surtout les parties communes. Aucune lumière dans la chambre située sur une cour sinistre.Sinon au calme et le petit dejeuner livré à 9h précise. Une bouilloire aurait pu malier à l'horaire stricte... 14/05/2012 Très déçue.Chambre minuscule donc limite pour 2 niveau espace et dans le noir toute la journée car donne sur une cour très sombre. Ménage très limite et les serviettes ne sont pas changées donc si on reste une semaine reste à savoir si les seviettes sont changées et le ménage fait.fermetures de la porte de la chambre très anciennes et ne ferme pas totalement, un carreau cassé. on entend tout car hotel avec des jeunes au dessous donc très très bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit, on entend celui qui prend sa douche à côté. zéro en insonorisation. petit dej servi à 9h seulement donc si vous partez à 8h comme nous pour l'aéroport, pas de peitt dej et le proprio refuse de sevir avant. bref, super bien placé mais c'est tout. bien pour une très courte durée et surtout bien négocier la chambre avt pour ne pas se retrouver dans notre cas mm si nous avions payé plus cher que le prix d'autres chambres. Important: Once you are in Barcelona, do not go to the establishment without calling it in advance since there is no 24 hours reception. No phone call, no check-in. Check-in after midnight, 15 Euro fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before midday of the arrival date or no show will be penalized with the total amount of the first night.

Location of this accommodation is perfect! Literally, it's 5 minutes from La Rambla street, and nearest subway station. Cleaning was nothing special - clean, but not too much. We were in situation to leave messages for clean towels, after 3 days, because no one appeared. 3 days after that (6 days after we came) we also left message and nothing happened - no clean towels... The light in bedroom is awful during night - there are some strong colors on walls so every light is poor - but during day is good with natural light. Bed is ok, maybe a little bit small, but it's good. You're gonna spend most of the day outside, it's ok to spend night there...Maybe because of location we would come again, but I think it's possible to find cheaper accommodation in Barrio Gotico with the same facilities...Regards,.Milica
