02/04/2010 We enjoyed our stay at Marco Polo. The owners were very nice and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable even though our toilet was down the hall it was ok, it was still our own toilet. It would be a good place if you were travelling as a couple or with some friends as it is like your own apartment. The only problem was the directions to the accomodation were not very clear when exiting the metro but we managed and people were very friendly and helpful with getting us there. 09/09/2009 Molto accogliente e spazioso, la stanza e’ luminosa e colorita da’ sensazioni di tranquilita, il bagno privato era pulito e profumato, la permanenza e’ stata senza problema, senza disturbi notturni e con una ottima colazione di mattina. Specifieke voorwaarden van de accommodatie
Important: Credit cards are not accepted. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. The arrival time must be informed. The owner will go to the accommodation to receive you at the agreed time. Arrivals later then 23:00 will be charged with 10€.The cost of garage is 15 euros per day and the air conditioning is in additional charge 5 euros per day. All guests' reservations for the 1st of January 2011 onwards will attract a city tax of 2 € per person (per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row) which must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out. This is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the room.
Belangrijk: Creditcards worden niet geaccepteerd. Annuleringen minder dan 72 uur voor het middaguur van de dag van aankomst zal worden bestraft met het totale bedrag van de eerste nacht. De aankomsttijd moet worden geïnformeerd. De eigenaar gaat naar de accommodatie om u te ontvangen op de afgesproken tijd. Aankomsten later dan 23:00 zal worden belast met 10 €. De kosten van de garage is 15 euro per dag en de airconditioning is in de aanvullende toeslag van 5 euro per dag. Alle gasten 'reserveringen voor 1 januari 2011 zal aantrekken een stad een belasting van 2 € per persoon (per nacht, tot een maximum van 10 nachten in een rij) die rechtstreeks moet worden naar het hotel betaald bij check-out . Dit is een extra toeslag en is niet inbegrepen in de prijs van de kamer.

Marco Polo B & B Vaticaan-Rome ligt dicht bij de metro te stoppen undergorund Fermata Baldo degli Ubaldi (metrolijn A-uitgang voor de Valle Aurelia even nummers), een verbinding met de centrale terminal station `Roma Termine`.

Super accueil, des efforts pour échanger avec nous qui ne parlions pas la même langue et des hôtes qui demandent à être connus. Les chambres se trouvent dans une résidence propre et claire. Le métro n'est vraiment pas loin, à moins de 5 minutes à pieds et il ya une petite épicerie juste en bas. Un délicieux cappuccino nous a été servi le matin et nous avons pu laissé nos bagages le dernier jour pour éviter d'être encombrés pendant nos visites sans supplément. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, merci.
