Important: Cancellations made less than 1 week before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. In case of no-show the acccommodation reserves the right to charge the amount of the 3 first nights. The accommodation reserves the right of charging an additional sum of $3.50 per person and per night for local taxes.

Central Park Properties particuliere kamers en appartementen in New York is gunstig gelegen op 2 minuten loopafstand van het 116e Station (treinen B en C) verbinden met Times Square, in het stadscentrum, in 15 minuten. Vanaf JFK Airport, we zijn gevestigd op slechts 100 meter van de B / C-trein, die aansluit op de E trein op 42e St. Op Jamaica Station te schakelen naar de JFK AirTrain. Het tarief is 5 dollar ($ 9 voor 2) en stopt bij alle terminals JFK en de reis is ongeveer 75 minuten. Vanaf LaGuardia vliegveld neemt u de M2 bus op onze hoek 4 haltes naar de M60 LaGuardia Airport bus. Fare $ 2 en duurt 30 minuten.

We had a bad time during 6-night New Year holiday because there was a problem with hot water!!! On the 2nd day, they said that the oil in the heater was empty and someone will come to fill it within the next noon -- so we showered with cold water! Then we didn't really have hot water for another 2 days -- after that we, some of the time, had hot water but some had not!!! The 2 bathrooms for our apartment, which was occupied by about 12-15 people, were not enough. The wireless internet in apartment 2 (Davids wireless 2) could not be connected. We must use the signal from others (Davids wireless1 and Davids wireless 6) which was hardly connected due to poor signal. The signal will be stolen to another computer if we were connecting internet at the same time. It was easier to connect after midnight, after most people went to bed, I guess. By the way, they provide cleanliness, equipped kitchen, good location and affordable price. May recommend for budget and not in high season.
