23/04/2011 I booked a room with a private bathroom through Clickbed but on arrival was given a room with a shared bathroom. To compensate they did give me a reduction on the room rate. As with any hostel, you get what you pay for. The location is near to the subway and Central Park North. OK for travellers on a budget. 12/12/2010 I made a pre-reservation (paying the 13% of total) for 1 room (a double bed with private bathroom) in j'Morningside Inn Hotel' on November 16th for 4 days in December. I sent 2 emails one day before the arrival, as suggested by clickbed, just to confirm the arrival time. I didn't receive any reply to my emails. When I arrived in the hotel, after a travel of 14 hours, they said to me that: 1. there was no reservation for me on their hotel; 2. I had lost my pre-reservation because they didn't received money from clickbed; 3. Probably I could obtain a room for the next day (but it was not sure if the room could have the one for I had paid); 4. They didn't read my emails!!! They ask for an accomodation in another hotel they knew, just for the first night, assuring me that I would pay no more than in Morningside Inn:it was a terrible hotel!Next day, after my call to clickbed, I obtained the room for the remaining days, paying the difference and obtaining my pre-reservation accepted.
