He good apartment, only during cold time from a floor pulls a cold and heaters don't rescue. The underground and shops nearby. Had a rest well.

Gostei da estadia e da localização perto do metro e do comercio o apartamento é pequeno mas tem tudo o que é necessário..Telefonei avisar que ia chegar antes das 23h30 e tivemos que aguardar ate 00h30 para que viessem abrir a porta, a espera foi angustiante e de muita incerteza..Não pude pagar com VISA como diz no site e não tinha dinheiro de imediato, só paguei dia seguinte, Senhora disse que tinha acontecido algo com aparelho do VISA..Apesar de tudo encontrei um simpático vizinho embriagado preocupado com minha família àquela hora na rua e convidou-nos para irmos para apartamento dele

the sofa bed was broken, and we only had 3 towels and no adicional shits. we were travelling with a 6 yaers old children so it would be good to have a spare shit and towel. generally it was ok. near the metro station, bakery and supermarket.

lo que no me gustó nada es que no me hicieros factura de ninguna manera ,luego me he hartado de llamar tanto a los de la casa i aesta empresa y nadie me ha dado una solucion ,osea que te cobran el iva y no te dan ni una factura ni recibo,a y tampoco tenia las claves para aceder al edificio ni a la casa ,lo mio me costo acceder a la vivienda

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall super. Für Fragen zur Reservierung auch vor Ort sind Französischkenntnisse angebracht, waren aber super nett betreut. Die Betten sind sehr gut, Ausstattung ist ausreichend für Urlauber, die sich sowieso nicht viel im Appartement aufhalten, sich aber selber zwischendurch verpflegen wollen. Das Bad ist klein und eng, aber eben ausreichend. Anbindung mit der Metro super nah, alles schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist halt im Osten von Paris, wir (Frau mit drei Kindern) haben uns aber zu jeder Zeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. 2 Supermärkte, Bäcker und Post zum Geldabholen ganz nah. Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub und 5 rundum wunderbare Tage in Paris. Jederzeit wieder in diesem Appartement! Fotos passten!
