I would recommend this apartment even it's not really near to the city center. I was really surprised of the view with Sacre Coeur. The only problem we had is that we arrived at 8 am and when I booked the hotel I sent this information that I will arrive early. But they as it seemed had no idea so they gave me the keys at 4 pm. The good thing is that they have a luggage room where we could keep our luggage. I didn't like another thing and it was the dirty dishes when we arrived at the apartment. There was a totally dirty pan which was really disgusting... Also there were missing some sharp knives for bread etc.
But I would recommend this apartment anyway, it was a nice stay :-).

El estudio ha estado bien, pero primero tuvimos que ir a buscar las llaves al centro de Paris y luego, cuando llegamos al estudio, todavia no habian limpiado. Y lo que no me gusto fue, que dos dias despues de estas alli, entraron al estudio a coger las sabanas que se habian dejado los anteriores inquilinos, con todas nuestras pertenencia alli. Vecinos de alli nos comentarón que la zona no era muy buena, que tuvieramos cuidado de noche, pero la verdad en ningún momento paso nada, como la parada del metro esta al lado, enseguida estas en el estudio. Pero descartando todo esto, me ha gustado y merece la pena por calidad-precio. Y las vistas son preciosas.

La ubicacion es perfecta, una zona muy tranquila y muy cerca de la parada de metro. Es pequeño pero tiene unas vistas magnificas al Sacre Coeur. Podría estar mas limpio, y no tiene luz en la cocina, pero por lo demas la relacion calidad/precio es adecuada. Muy confortable.
El unico inconveniente es que las llaves hay que recogerlas en otro sitio, que está en la otra punta de la ciudad, el señor que nos llamaba por telefono para indicarnos donde estaba ubicado era muy amable, pero la "recepcionista" ni siquiera nos supo decir donde estaba el apartamento, eso si cobrarnos antes de decirnos "hola" si que supo.
En futuros viajes a Paris tendremos encuentra éste apartamento. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

It was our first time in Paris and we were very lucky to have found this apartment on the internet. It´s cheap, well located and has the best view one could hope for. The picture tells the truth. You have a perfect view of Sacre Couer and the Montmartre neighboorhood. The people in Hotel Richard (where you have to pick up the keys) are very friendly and on our last day we could leave our luggage in their storage room for free.
I would totally recommend this place and come back as soon as possible

Quartiere davvero carino, tranquillo e vicinissimo alle due stazioni della metro Joules Juffrin e Port de Clignancourt, a 3 supermercati panifici e altro.
Appartamento molto carino, anche se abbiam trovato il frigorifero cn resti dei precedenti inquilini, per il resto molto pulito, ottima vista, prezzo perfetto... anche se per ritirare le chiavi bisogna andare all'arrondissment 11 questo non crea particolari difficoltà, personale di reception gentile e disponibile.

L'alloggio è molto piccolo, i posti letto non potrebbero essere più di tre, ma una rete non è utilizzabile perchè è rotta. In cucina abbiamo frigo, microonde e due piastre elettriche. In bagno niente bidet (ovviamente) e al posto della doccia una piccola vasca. L'appartamento è al 7 piano e gode di un'ottima vista. Nei pressi ci sono supermercati, varie botteghe (sconsigliate perche troppo care) e molte panetterie. Vicinissimi alla fermata della metro!!!

Es muy luminoso, con buena calefacción y tiene una vista maravillosa a Sacre Coeur y Mont Matre

durante mi estadía en Paris me hospedé en el estudio 2 veces y fue genial pero recomiendo que en el closet no se guarden las sábanas sucias y asi los inquilinos puedan hacer uso de el

Nos cambiaron el apartamento por otro más grande una vez allí. Estuvimos cerca de la zona de Arc de Triomfe. La atención fue un poco justa pero el lugar estuvo bién relación calidad-precio. Llevaros papel higiénico por si acaso.

Un incubo!!
Il personale dell'hotel in cui bisognava ritirare le chiavi é molto maleducato. Pessima impressione!
Le lenzuola che vengono consegnate insieme alle chiavi sono sporche e puzzano. 6 ?!
Il tragitto dal posto di consegna all'appartamento é lunghissimo, considerando anche i bagagli.
Il palazzo non é dei migliori. L'ascensore é SPAVENTOSO!
L'appartamento é SPORCO. Resti di cibo per terra, polvere, incrostazioni e macchie ovunque.
La porta del bagno é scardinata e appoggiata al muro. La vasca da bagno é nera (giuro!) e i rubinetti sono pieni di calcare. Passava la voglia di andare alla toilette...davvero!
La cucina era più o meno completa (frigo, microonde, stoviglie) ma tutto molto sporco. Nel frigo c'erano resti alimentari delle precedenti permanenze, come nel microonde. I piatti avevano strani aloni, come bicchieri e posate.
Il letto a castello non era male, anche piuttosto comodo, ma quello separato era rotto: la rete era piegata nel mezzo!

Un pelin pequeño, pero justo para 2. Muy bien atendidos por la gente del hotel que llevan el estudio y realmente es un buen precio. Fácil acceso a todo por la linea 4 de metro.

Mucho mejor que un hotel, ya que para 3 los hoteles son muy costosos. El estudio es pequeño, pero muy bien organizado y cómodo. Hicimos lo correcto al tomarlo, así que os lo aconsejo…
