l'alloggio non è il massimo, ma per passare la notte va più che bene...lo consiglio a ragazzi giovani senza troppe pretese sul comfort...il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile...la posizione ottima! :)

The hotel room I booked was very basic but neat and clean. I would recommend this hotel as an alternative for an hostel. It is an ideal place to sleep when you are out to explore the city the whole day anyway.

Great location, and great staff. I booked this for my daughters 18 birthday pressie with her boyfriend. We were a little worried about how cheap it was...but she and her boyfriend said it was fab for what it was, and in a brilliant location. They said they would go again, and makes me feel like I want to go too (not with them!)

Camere carine, non ci abbiamo fatto troppo caso anche perchè siamo stati poco in albergo.La pulizia lasciava a desiderare un pò,ma letto e bagno erano puliti. Gli albergatori alla reception sono sempre stati molto cordiali, e disponibili. Ottima posizione con metro a due passi, e servizi vari vicini(panettiere, ristoranti vari,e bar)Camera silenziosa benchè fosse sulla strada.Consigliato a chi l'albergo se lo vive poco perchè sempre in giro.

Good choise for a budget price! not a five stars, but price are great for: 1. the location - two minutes away from metro, mcdonald, chinesse food, cheap supermarket; 2. private room with private bathroom - great for 3 persons. 3. personal was very helpfull, but night guy spoke only french (thus several bad pronaunced french words was enough to get we needed). Defenitely recommended for all budget travelers!

Es stehen leider gar keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung. 3 Bett-Zimmer nur mit einem 140x200 Bett und 3 aufeinanderliegenden Matratzen als 3. Bett, einem Campingtisch und einem Stuhl eingerichtet. Kein Platz für einen Schrank. Wo soll mann die Sachen lassen? Wir lebten aus Koffern, über die wir klettern mußten. Zimmer viel zu klein. Leider auch kein fahrstuhl vorhanden. Wir wohnten im 4. Stock und das war nur über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Es ist so schmal, dass man probleme hat beim hoch und runterlaufen mit Koffern (Gepäck). Es ist nur eine Absteige schnell mal für eine Nacht oder für Studenten. Nichts für Familien. Parkplatzsuche erforderte täglich eine Stunde umherfahren und suchen, dann noch 0,5 bis 1,0 Stunde zum Hotel laufen.

La habitación era monísima, todos los del hotel fueron muy amables con nosotros, justo delante había una boulangerie, y a unos 100 metros un mc donalds y una estación de metro así que genial =)

L'albergo si trova in un'ottima posizione rispetto al centro di Parigi, ottimamente collegata con i servizi di bus e metro. Lo stato dell'albergo è buono, le camere e il bagno (in camera vivamente consigliato) vengono puliti ogni giorno e ci sono sempre asciugamani puliti, le scale non sono proprio come descritte in foto ma non ci si lamenta. I receptionist sono disponibili e cordiali, e il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono nell'insieme. Molto consigliato per chi deve passare solo la notte. Per mangiare nelle vicinanze c'è il Mc Donald's e alcune Brasserie. La metro Parmentier è a un passo dall'albergo.

A l menos las camas estaban fatal para dormir, nada comodas, el sitio en si (hall, escaleras) da mala impresion , lo que mejor tiene es la ubicacion, por lo demas podria estar mucho mejor cuidado.

pas de réelle surprise à l'arrivée rien de grandiose mais un très bon accueil et personnel très serviable très bien situé, à deux pas de République et à 20 minutes en moyenne des principaux sites touristiques conseillé pour groupe d'amis ou couples qui recherchent pas un nid douillet pour passer une lune de miel

La ubicación es buena, el metro esta muy cerca. Hay supermercados, restaurantes, panaderias, etc..... muy cerca del hotel. No es un hotelazo ni nada por el estilo, es una especio de calidad precio: pagas poco, no esperes mucho. Simplemente esta bien para dormir y estar unos dias, si soys gente muyyyy exquisita no vayais. Yo fui con una amiga y estuvimos muy bien 3 dias, ademas los de recepción son muy majos jeje les podeis pedir café, internet, etc.... y os ayudarán. Para lo q pagamos estubo muy bien la verdad, repetiria.

Un lugar meramente para dormir, no hay que esperar mucho del mismo pero la atención de los dueños es buena y la ubicación excelente, el metro esta a menos de 3 cuadras y hay muchos lugares baratos para comer alrededor, además si se quiere salir de fiesta el noctilien te deja muy cerca del hotel. En si tuve una buena estancia, de lo unico que nos podemos quejar es que la luz del baño no funcionaba pero todo lo demas bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente si se tiene un presupuesto bajo =)

Fuimos mi novia y yo 3 dias. Mas que un hotel parece un hostal un poco sucio. Habitacion muy cutre con lavabo y ducha, baño fuera. No te hacen la habitacion, sabanas limpias, con tele, algo de jaleo a la noche, algun borracho. Pero la gente muy maja. 40 euros noche los dos. Un recepcionista marroqui muy atento que habla ingles y un poco castellano. El desayuno cuesta 5 euros por barba, lo que hicimos fue, comprar unos croassant todos los dias en la pastaleria, algo de fruta, zumo, mermelada la barra de pan en la tienda de al lado, y al recepcionista solo le pediamos un cafe con leche en vaso (1 euro cada), vamos como en casa, vasos y cucharas un poco sucios. Y desayunabamos de lujo en la habitacion. La calle muy tranquila, pero la contigua es de copas y mogollon de bares de gente 28-40 tomando copas sentados y hablando, hay macdonal, pizzeria, donerkebab en 200m. A 200 estacion metro Parmentier, cerca Republica OJO Es para ir con novia o amigos, sin ninguna pretension, yo repetiria

Hotel adatto solo per dormire. Le pulizzie e lo stato delle camere lascia un pò a desiderare a parte il letto ed il bagno che sono puliti. Da richiedere il bagno in camera come consiglio... Quello a comune non è un gran che....... Cmq. il rapporto qualità prezzo e buono ed è anche in una buona posizione vicino allla metro. La colazione che ha un costo di 5? è ottima la consiglio.

accommodation was a great price and fine if you only want to rest your head a get some kip, showers were ok but could be a little cleaner as could the carpets , it seems they are half way through decorating but havnt got any further than the painting of the carpets , beds were really clean as was the bedding ,i didnt expect anymore than we got for the price , and found the area very easy to commute from into central paris which took aprox 15 min on the metro, a great price but dont expect luxury it is simply a room with a bed

I am a little confused as to all the other reviews on this site regarding this hotel - the only good thing about it is its location really. We arrived at lunchtime and our rooms were not cleaned, we paid (he only accepts cash!), and left our bags then went. When we returned at 11pm, our room had been given to someone else and he had put us in another room - on opening the door the smell hit us - the room had not been cleaned for days! We complained and he promised that he would clean it there and then. Half an hour later our room was ready - all he had done was change the bedding - the smell still lingered! The room was dirty, the walls greasy, the shower didn't work properly, there was no toilet rolls in the toilet - it was just not a nice place to be. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - yes I know that the price is reasonable, but it doesn't mean that they have to skimp on the cleaning does it?! Next time, I would be tempted just to pay that little bit more.

Lo de este hotel, DES ANDALAYS, es una pena...... Todo sucio, no te hacen las camas, el mando de la tv de la habitación atado con una goma, los colchones, peor que los de un basurero, el bañ, casi ni te podías dar la vuelta en la ducha, está reentado por una familia Marroquí y dejan mucho que desear. Si alguna vez vuelvo a París, no pasaré ni por la puerta. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, muy cercano al metro, muy céntrico, pero por lo demás, CERO, CERO, CERO......

hotel avec prestations minimum,; syphon de douche bouché donc sol innondé en permanence, murs tellement fins qu'on croirait être tous dans la même chambre (très agréable quand on assiste à des quintes de toux bien grasses avec crachats à la suite, et autres activités nocturnes;;;;;) la chambre n'a pas été faite une seule fois sur les trois jours (lits intacts, serviettes inchangées,;;;;) ne pas hésiter à mettre 20 ? de plus pour une meilleure qualité; seul avantage la situation géographique près de la République et du métro;

Muy bien de precio, si lo que buscas es algo barato al viajar a París. No es nada del otro mundo, pero por el precio es justo lo que esperabamos. Tiene su encanto, un pequeño salón para tomar el desayuno y el barrio es una pasada….
