05/11/2009 L'hôtel est vétuste, l'ascenseur est aux normes de sécurités de Prague (ne pas se frotter contre la paroi mobile). La télévision est uniquement en chaines locales (pas de tv5 monde). Le petit déjeuner se fait dans une petite salle assez bruyante. Il n'est pas très bien insonorisé. Il est proche du centre ville. 08/10/2009 Hanno cercato di darci una stanza invece di due (come da nostra prenotazione) perchè avevano problemi, il giorno dopo volevano farci cambiare la stanza sempre perchè avevano problemi. Una litigata pazzesca, incomprensione totale, e voglia di fregare la gente! Tengo a precisare che non è un commento negativo riguardo il sito internet, ma riguardo l'Hotel. Hotel Koruna Prague is located in Nové Město (New Town) but at only metres from the Old Town and the historical centre of the city and 7 minutes walking from Wenceslás Square. At 300 metres you can find the Národní třída metro stop (line B) and the corresponding tram stop (lines Nº 6, 9, 18, 21 and 22). Within no more than 2 minutes walking distance from the Hotel there is a tram stop called Lazarská (lines nº 3, 9, 14 and 24).

fue una estancia excelente, de las personas que nos atendieron dos de ellas fueron calidas y muy agradables, desfortunadamente nos hurtaron un reloj y un anillo que accidentalmente se quedaron encima de una mesa y no hubo ninguna accion al respecto para que pudieramos recuperar los objetos. La persona (mujer) que nos recibio el dia que llegamos domingo 13, es adorable y muy profesional, al dia siguiente el señor durante el dia lunes muy formal y con buena disposicion pero una señora que laboro el dia lunes en la tarde fue desobligante, e indiligente, creemos que da mala imagen al lugar que nos parecio bueno, pero hay funcionarios que no debieran estar ahi. gracias.
