we had very nice days in Rom .
there was the very helpful Mr Gildo and a woman who cleans the flat.
We was estonish about the freaser in the little kitchen . he was full with stuff to eat.
it was great , also the water for free.
The flat so near the metro was also great.
one of the Rooms was very smal, but for 3 Nights it was Ok
In our opimnion was the brakfast for us germans to sweet , we preafeur some bred.But the sweets were very good.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene presso questo B&B e lo consigliamo vivamente per questi motivi:
posizione fantastica, a due minuti a piedi alla fermata della metropolitana Ottaviano, vicinissima a San Pietro, assolutamente sileziosa;
camera tripla normale, bagno non grande ma doccia grande con getto d'acqua potente (è stato un piacere docciarsi dopo la giornata!)
cortesia personale eccellente;
breakfast molto vario e pratico da preparare...
Insomma, tornassi a Roma tornerei presso l'ABC!

Stanze ben arredate e buona colazione..ben riscaldato!Stanze molto rumorose..cmq bene per un fine settimana!Ottima zona..vicinissimo al vaticano e a due passi dalla metro!

Estupenda situación para un alojamiento más que aceptable. El dueño siempre dispuesto a ayudar a sus huéspedes. El detalle del office con café, zumos... durante el día es reconfortante. Muy aconsejabe, sobre todo por la accesibilidad al centro histórico de Roma tanto andando como por metro, o autobús urbano, también por la noche. Las habitaciones podrían ser más silenciosas, sobre todo la que la habitación que linda con "el comedor" aunque el silencio también depende de la educación de las personas. A pesar de todo repetiriá mi estancia en el ABC de Roma.

It was a bit suspicious when we saw the building.. because it was old building.
But the inside was fine.. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even could
arrange when we needed to extend. The breakfast was good
and the room was fine.
The location is not far from Vatican, which is just a walking distance.

It's very close to Vatican (5-10 min walk), 2 min from subway station. You have nonstop at your disposition juice, coffee, fruits. The host will help you with maps and a lot of other information.

Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar para alojarse. El dueño es muy amable y el piso tiene todas las comodidades. El mobiliario limpio, la comida muy buena, servicio de internet gratuito. No dudaria en llegar nuevamente ahi.

El B&B esta muy bien ubicado, a solo pasos del metro
y del Vaticano, el precio esta muy bien comparado con
otros alojamientos. Las habitaciones se encuentran en un
5to piso de un edificio vecino a la direccion que nos dieron del B&B.
El desayuno estaba muy bien.

La atencion es fabulosa de Fabio, un señor muy amable, nos dedico bastante tiempo en recomendarnos sitios para ver, los buses, el metro.... un lugar que recomendaria a quienes van a Roma a desconectar y querer ser muy bien atendidos..

t’s a really great place to stay. Rooms are beautiful, large, clean and with comfortable beds. The staff is helpful and kind, the atmosphere is fabulous. Great location in a nice quarter. The Vatican is really close… You can arrive in about five minutes. I’m happy with my choice.
