Accomodation was clean and the beds comfortable, stairs were dark and the lift a little on the small side.
Staff very helpful and were always on hand to help.
Great location to visit all the main sites.

El establecimiento está muy cerca de termini la estación central. Y entre 2 lineas de metro, cavour y victorio enmanuelle. El edificio en si por fuera se ve fatal, la recepción está en el 5º piso en el Ares rooms que es de los mismos. Luego las habitaciones del Martino ai monti estan en el 2º piso. Te dan las llaves el primer dia que llegas y entras y sales cuando quieres. El ascensor entran 2 personas muy justas. El recepcionista de la noche que solo habla italiano, Oracio, es muy majo. El de por las mañanas que habla español es más borde. El desayuno lo tomas en un bar cercano, pieza de bolleria y café. No comais en la trattoria que hay abajo en la esquina aunque seguro que os la recomendaran desde el hotel. No es muy barata y se come fatal, tanto camarero como el jefe o encargado tienen una cara de malas pulgas y siempre parece que estan amargados.

I found it very good: clean, quiet, friendly staff… very central location with two subway stops nearby. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it!
