sam rooms is ideal for everybody who wants to stay somewhere central (near to metro), rooms were clean, host was very friendly,smal price, and enough for those who only wants a place to stay! i would go there again!

Positives: Great location only 5 minutes from train station and very good value for money. Negatives : no reception means you need to call the owner and breakfast is poor.

Really a nice place close to metro station and walking to the center only takes 15 minutes.Surroundings there are lots of shops and restaurants.If i go back to Rome i will repeat accomodation.

Todo está muy limpio. La habitación era espaciosa y la TV pantalla plana era grande. La zona está muy bien porque está cerca de todo, incluso se puede ir andando al Coliseo. El metro está justo delante. El desayuno se sirve en el bar, está muy bien porque no tienes un horario estipulado y la comida y bebida están ricas. Te dan las llaves así que tienes total autonomía para entrar y salir las veces que quieras. En general la valoración es muy positiva.
