Important: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. You must inform your arrival time calling to tel or e-mailing to the following address. In case you cannot contact the owner, the concierge will get in touch with her and submit your information. When you arrive, the owner will hand you out the keys and breakfast vouchers to be presented in the 24-hour bar downstairs, where breakfast is delivered. The owner is ready to assist guests the 24 hours. All guests' reservations for the 1st of January 2011 onwards will attract a city tax of 2 € per person (per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row) which must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out. This is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the room.

sam rooms is ideal for everybody who wants to stay somewhere central (near to metro), rooms were clean, host was very friendly,smal price, and enough for those who only wants a place to stay! i would go there again!
