Important: Cancellations made 15 or less days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 25 % of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made less than 15 but more than 7 days before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with 50 % of the total reservation amount. Cancellations made 7 or less than 7 days before (as well as No-Show) will be penalized with the total reservation amount. A 15% of the reservation amount must be paid in advance at the moment of booking. The balance will be paid cash on arrival or by bank transfer 10 days before arriving in Venice. The payment of 105 € for cleaning and support (valid for the whole stay) is obligatory. Credit cards are not accepted. Check-in: 15:00. Check-out: 11:00. All guests' reservations for the 1st of July 2011 onwards will attract a city tax of 2 € per person (per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row) which must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out. This is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the room.
