Accommodation conditions

Important: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival day and hour will be charged with 25% of the total reservation amount; if made from 15 to 7 days before, 50% and less than 7 days before, the total reservation amount will be charged. The balance must be paid cash on arrival or through a bank transfer made 10 days before arrival. The charge for cleaning and services is 95€ (obligatory) and is not included in the price. All guests' reservations for the 1st of July 2011 onwards will attract a city tax of 2 € per person (per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row) which must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out. This is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the room.
