Accommodation conditions
Important: We charge a local tax of 1.81 euros to the guests. Cancellations made more than 15 days before midday of the arrival date will not be penalized. Cancellations made less then 14 days but more than 8 days before midday of the arrival date, will be penalized with the 50% of the total reservation amount +1, 81 €. Cancellations made less then 7 days but more than 4 days before midday of the arrival date, will be penalized with the 80% of the total reservation amount +1, 81€. Cancellations made less than 4 days before midday of the arrival date or no-show will be penalized with the total reservation amount +1, 81. Children are charged. Check-in out of reception hours (either earlier or later) will have an extra charge of 30 €. THE CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION PROCESS IS MADE BY MODERN LOFT VENICE BEFORE THE ARRIVAL. A final cleaning fee of 50, 00 € will be charged extra, as well as a cleaning fee of 30, 00 € for the kitchen. The Total Final Cleaning Fee is 80, 00 €. All guests' reservations for the 1st of July 2011 onwards will attract a city tax of 0,9 € per person (per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row) which must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out. This is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the room.

Apartament MODERN VENICE LOFT is in the centre of Mestre. BY PLANE: The `Marco Polo airport in Venice is 15 km from the Loft. Those arriving by plane can reach us by taxi or bus direct ATVO Station Venezia Mestre train station which stops at 500 meters from the Loft, or the ACTV bus No. 15 stops 150 meters from the Loft. For those arriving `Marconi Airport Treviso can take a special bus to the train station of Venice - Mestre and from there on foot to reach the Loft. BY TRAIN: The railway station of Venice - Mestre is located 500 meters from the Loft. You can walk in 5 min. or with a number of public buses that stop in front of the Loft. BY CAR: Outputs from the Mestre ring road to `exit Via Miranese. From there follow the signs to the center of Mestre and proceed rights. When you reach the large intersection with traffic lights in Via Piave Turn right and then take the second street on the left.
