Important: Cancellations made less than 7 days  before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. In case of no-show, the whole amount of the reservation must be paid. Check-in at times different from the reception working time must pay an extra charge.

Location of accommodation:

When arive at `Piazzale Roma` take the waterbus Vaporetto, line 1 or 2. As soon as you pass the Rialto bridge, leave the waterbus at `L`Academia` stop, cross the wooden bridge and 100m after that you will be in `Campo S.Stefano`.
