22/02/2010 La ubicacion es excelente, pues esta a solo una cuadra del canal y de la estacion S. Stae. La atención de primer nivel. Sin duda me vuelvo a quedar en mi proxima visita a Venecia. Me encantó!. Un tip de cómo llegar al hostal. Si llegas del aeropuerto marco polo tomar la linea 5 del autobus y bajarse en la ùltima parada que es la plaza roma y ahì tomar la lancha que dice nùmero 1. Son como 4 o 5 estaciones para bajarse en S. Stae. Al bajarte caminas una cuadra y en la esquina a la derecha. Important: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. Arrival time must be informed and a phone call made 30 minutes before the arrival. Wireless access extra charge of 5.00 Euro, unlimited use and we need a copy of the passport, daily cleaning extra charge of 5.00 Euro per day, extra towels shower 2,50 Euro per towels, air conditioning in summer time only extra charge of 5.00 Euro per Day, continental breakfast (self service in room) per Pearson per day Euro 4.00, but you have to ask the continental breakfast before your check in. In case of late or early check in, later then 23:00 there will be and extra charge of 10.00 Euro, later then 00:30am and before 8.00am there will be and extra charge of 15.00 Euro more per total of 25.00 Euro. All guests' reservations for the 1st of July 2011 onwards will attract a city tax of 3 € per person (per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights in a row) which must be paid directly to the hotel at check-out. This is an additional charge and is not included in the price of the room.

We had a great time in Venice. Nicola provided all the information we needed including a map with his recommended walking and island tours, restaurants, supermarkets, must see places etc, so we got the most out of our 3 days. The room was clean and quiet, all you need for a weekend break. Highly recommended.
