Quand vous appelez le propriétaire, et que vous venez de l'étranger, penser à enlever le numéro d'accès du pays afin de le joindre à votre arrivée à l'aéroport, sinon, vous aurez du mal à le joindre (c'est du vécu!...)bon accueil, studio grande indépendance, calme, bien situé le proprio donne de bons plans, très satisfaits

We had a great time in Venice. Nicola provided all the information we needed including a map with his recommended walking and island tours, restaurants, supermarkets, must see places etc, so we got the most out of our 3 days. The room was clean and quiet, all you need for a weekend break. Highly recommended.

La ubicacion es excelente, pues esta a solo una cuadra del canal y de la estacion S. Stae. La atención de primer nivel. Sin duda me vuelvo a quedar en mi proxima visita a Venecia. Me encantó!. Un tip de cómo llegar al hostal. Si llegas del aeropuerto marco polo tomar la linea 5 del autobus y bajarse en la ùltima parada que es la plaza roma y ahì tomar la lancha que dice nùmero 1. Son como 4 o 5 estaciones para bajarse en S. Stae. Al bajarte caminas una cuadra y en la esquina a la derecha.

contraté el servicio de éste alojamiento porque indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluído en el precio, la sorpresa fue que NO estaba incluido, además, llegué un poco más tarde de lo previsto por causas ajenas a mi (transporte) y me cobraron un extra por ello, lo cual me decepcionó mucho. Me sentí timada por no tener los desayunos y por el extra en el precio final por no llegar puntual, cuando es imposible dar una hora exacta, debería ser una estimación.

B&B muy céntrico y práctico. Habitaciones amplias con lavabo dentro. Incluye una pequeña cocina ideal para hacer café o té. Cerca de Rialto y con la parada de San Stae a 3 min andando.
