07/01/2010 La camera è "piccolissimissima" ma direi confortevole, al terzo piano con scala molto ripida quindi lo sconsiglierei a persone anziane o con pb, la posizione è buona, in periodo di acqua alta per uscire dall'albergo è "indispensabile" avere gli stivali per arrivare alle passerelle. 03/10/2009 Hotel en situado en un acalle tipica Veneciana pero al lado de la estación del tren y de Piazzale Roma. Modesto pero con algo muy importante… los lavabos son nuevos y completos! Important: Credit cards are not accepted. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before midday of the arrival date will be penalized with the total amount of the first night. Starting from next July 1st 2011, all the guests (save: Venice residents, children under 10 years of age, patients and their nurses, the parents of underage patients, bus drivers and tourist guides) staying in hotel of Venice have to pay the following tax: € 1 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT FOR EACH STAR-HOTEL. (Example: 2 persons for 3 nights in a 2 star hotel have to pay: 2X3X2=€ 12). MAXIMUM WILL BE € 5,00 FOR 5 DAYS STAYING OR MORE.(Example: 2 persons for 7 nights in a 2 star hotel have to pay:2X5X2=€ 20). From November until February (low season) the tax will be reduced to half amount.
