Vooral de service van het personeel eb de manager/eigenaar zijn beneden de maat.Slecht functionerende douche en gezeur over een sleutel die wij niet hebben gezien en de schoonmaak hebben het verblijf geen goed gedaan.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix en ce qui nous concerne à la période du Carnaval . .Mobilier style vénitien bien entretenu . .Chambre propre et spacieuse..Lieu idéal pour visiter Venise . Vaporetto à proximité ..Responsable parlant le Français nous a guidé dans nos demandes..Bagages restant en sécurité à l'accueil pour le départ .

El lugar estaba bastante bien. Lo único que habiamos reservado en otro hotel y nos cambiaron a este porque "tuvieron problemas con dos habitaciones". El otro estaba en el barrio de san Marco y este está en Dorsoduro. Nosotros pensamos que es una estrategia de marqueting, que reservas en otro y te lo cambian en el último momento por otro de categoria similar pero más lejos de la plaza San Marco (el año pasado nos pasó lo mismo con otro hotel).
El desayuno es un poco justo, con poca variedad.
El staff es muy amable y siempre te solucionan cualquier duda que tengas.ç
La habitación es muy bonita y está limpia. Tienes incluso un minibar y una caja fuerte para dejar las cosas de valor.

lo unico que realmente no me gusto es el desayuno,mejor que pongan que no entra pues te levantas para bajar al comedor y cuando estas bajo te tomas el zumo por no hacer el feo.

Recomiendo el hotel, por ubicación, está en una zona muy tranquila.
Sólo una observación la persona que sea comilona y piense que en el desayuno se va a quedar como un pepo, he de deciros que no, es muy escaso.
Por todo lo demás sólo decir que volveré a Venecia y al mismo hotel merece la pena.
