Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati a Venezia una settimana e l'hotel vienna è stato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno: economico, pulitissimo, caldo, ottima colazione ed una posizione strategica infatti si trova vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e a quella dei pulman, noi prendavamo il treno ogni mattina e in meno di 10 minuti eravamo alla stazione venezia santa lucia... il quartiere in cui si trova è molto carino e tranquillo... ... senza dimenticare che lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile... siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti! lo consiglio vivamente se ciò che vi serve è un hotel economico ma confortevole :)

Its a good hotel!.. the outside is not as good as the inside.. but the rroms are comfy, clean and good..

The hotel was good and the service was acceptable. The staff was very friendly and gave us good information - all in English. The Chinese restaurant downstairs (where the breakfast is served) is also quite good - worth a try! if you are tired and don't want to travel in search of food. Parking place is just behind the hotel and seemed quite secure. Couple of downsides - the double bed was quite tall and I believe was only 140cm...so we had to be cautious while sleeping. There was problem with the toilet flush that kept on draining the water and so no pressure when you wanted to flush. This was however, promptly fixed but the problem was recurring.
Overall - Recommended.

Fonctionnel, pas très glamour mais on dort et on petit-déjeune de façon économique, ce qui (pour nous ) était le but.
En revanche, sevice "après-vente" parfait: nous avions eu un souci de réservation (nota: mauvaise inscription, à cause de click-bed,) et cela s'est parfaitement arrangé... interlocuteurs courtois, attentifs et efficaces au tel.

El lugar es comodo, dan buen desayuno,las camas son comodas, no contiene caja de seguridad. En general la ubicacion es buena ya que esta a 10 minutos en bus de la isla y los pasajes se compran ahi mismo.

Hotel situado en Marghera, al lado de la estación del tren. A 10-15min en bus y tren del acceso a los canales. Limpio, práctico y buen servicio.
