Excellent accueil, le personnel parle français. Hôtel propre mais seul bémol : le bruit. Une route très passante au ras de l'hôtel et pas de double vitrage. Les vitres tremblent à chaque passage de camion. Par contre, accès excellent pour Venise (arrêt de bus à 20 mètres de l'hôtel et 2 arrêts plus loin on est Piazza Roma avec accès direct vaporetto).
